The project Green Living was completed in Niederweimar in 2023. At this location, 5 apartments and 5 outdoor parking spaces were purchased. The total area of the apartments purchased is 299 square meters.

The project Dahlia was completed in Burgsolms in 2023. At this location, 4 apartments and 4 double parkers were purchased. The total acquired area of the apartments is 353 square meters.

The project Kanon is expected to be built in Nauborn in 2025. 5 apartments and 6 underground garages were acquired at this location. The total area of the apartments acquired is 310 square meters.

The project Palas AnasToria is expected to be built in Braunfels in 2026. An entire building with 18 apartments, 30 underground garages and 2 outdoor parking spaces was acquired at this location. The total acquired area of the apartments is 1330 square meters.
