CLINIC ADMINISTRATION
The Parkinson Center was founded in 1995 in Leun-Biskirchen.
The center currently consists of three units:
The Gertrudis Clinic in Biskirchen is a privately owned neurological hospital specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's disease and related conditions. As a recognized acute care hospital (Section 108 of the German Social Code Book 5 - Approved Hospitals), contracts are in place with all statutory health insurance providers. The clinic has 121 acute care beds.
The Gertrudis Private Clinic was founded in 2002 due to the high demand for beds. This clinic also specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's disease and related conditions and cooperates with the Parkinson's Center. It can treat privately insured patients, those eligible for benefits, and self-pay patients. This clinic has 20 beds.
The Parkinson Special Ambulance serves as a contact point for patients with suspected or already diagnosed Parkinson's disease or other movement disorders (including essential tremor and restless legs syndrome). It is intended as a complementary or supportive service alongside the care provided by local specialists.
REAL ESTATE
Krichenbaum Real Estate was founded in 2019 by Gergö Krichenbaum. The company is headquartered in Leun-Biskirchen, the headquarters of the Krichenbaum Group. The company's purpose is the rental and leasing of its own residential properties, residential buildings, and apartments.
FAMILY-OFFICE
Krichenbaum Family Office: The purpose of the company is to manage private assets, particularly equities, global securities, and fund investments. The company exclusively practices private asset management.
OBJECT FURNISHING
G.Krichenbaum Object Furnishing is a commercial enterprise headquartered in Merenberg and was founded in 2017. The company is active in foreign trade and import and also operates as a retailer of furniture, furnishings, and other household goods.
